Our Story

Teague Lumber Co is a family- owned business that has been serving customers in and around DFW since 1944. Located at 2501 White Settlement Road in Fort Worth, Texas, we offer quality products at competitive prices with superior service.

While windows and doors have been a part our business since the beginning, we recently created 817 Windows and Doors, a few blocks from Teague Lumber Co, to better showcase our products and house our dedicated installation team. Installation is extremely important for windows and doors, whether it be using quality crews or adhering to the manufacturer required installation process to preserve the warranty.

We have experienced, too many times, customers claiming the window or door they bought within the last couple of years from us at Teague Lumber Co was leaking or the wall or unit was cracking or air coming through, etc. only to find in most instances it was an issue with the installation by a separate company.

We decided it was time to do something about this.

So, we created 817 Windows and Doors to provide great quality and help control service for our valued customers.

We know remodeling or building a house can be a difficult and stressful experience. We at 817 Windows and Doors hope to make the process of purchasing and installing such key pieces of a house’s character and curb appeal, easier. While we can’t always guarantee perfection, we will strive to do things the right way and provide superior service by adhering to the same principles that Teague Lumber Co. always has: to conduct business with honestly and integrity while providing quality products for a fair price.
